Expanding the Revolut Business ecosystem to help businesses and freelancers get paid online and in-person.
End-to-end product design and ideation for generative AI tools. Led the design team, conducted product strategies, collaborated with design partners, and pitched to prospective clients.
Optimised the onboarding journey for new Revolut customers, finding opportunities to increase account completion, adoption, retention, and daily active usage rates.
Helped build the Acquiring department from scratch, leading design for 6 product teams and designing various tools for businesses to accept payments.
